適合食品、中藥、化工等行業(yè)小片
性能：自動完成制袋、填充、封和、熱壓機號、獨立商標定位、切打易撕口、分切、計數(shù)等功能。
用途：該機適合食品、中藥、化工等行業(yè)小片、塊狀多種不同物料集合填充自動包裝，如方便面調料的脫水蔬菜、干蝦仁、魚片及中藥飲片等。
特點：
1.采用PLC控制，中文人機界面，液晶觸摸屏參數(shù)設定、輸入。
2.整機機架表面及與物料接觸的零件采用不銹鋼制作，便于清洗、消毒。
3.變頻器整機調速。
4.物料集合方式采用振動喂料器供料，由集料盒將物料填充至包裝袋中。
5.填充、切斷機構離合器裝有自鎖裝置，避免了機器運行過程中離合器自由脫離現(xiàn)象。
6.封輥特殊工藝制作，成品封口紋路清晰、氣密性好。

Purpose: This machine is suitable for automatic packaging of small pieces and lumps of different materials in food, Chinese medicine and chemical industries, such as instant noodle seasoning, dehydrated vegetables, dried shrimps, fillets and Chinese herbal pieces.
Characteristic：
1. use PLC control, Chinese man-machine interface, LCD touch screen parameters setting, input.
2. the surface of the machine frame and the parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel so that it is easy to clean and disinfect.
3. frequency converter the whole machine speed.
4. material collection mode adopts the feeding material of the vibrating feeder, and the material is filled into the packing bag by the collecting box.
5. filling and cutting mechanism clutch is equipped with self locking device, which avoids the free disengagement of the clutch during the operation of the machine.
6. rolls are made by special process. The finished seal has a clear pattern and good air tightness.
