改革開放30年來,中國包裝工業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,從1980年全國包裝工業(yè)總產值72億元至2008年達6270億元,中國正從包裝大國向包裝強國邁進。由于市場經濟的帶動和技術進步的促進,包裝工業(yè)的產業(yè)結構和產品結構發(fā)生了很大變化,代表現代包裝發(fā)展方向的新型的紙、塑料等包裝材料和制品有了較快增長,在包裝產品中所占的比重有了不同程度的提高。
中國已形成珠三角、長三角以及環(huán)渤海三大包裝產業(yè)帶。這三大包裝產業(yè)帶的飛速發(fā)展同時帶動了周邊地區(qū)的行業(yè)發(fā)展,包括河南、山西、安徽、江西、湖北、湖南6省的中國中部地區(qū)包裝業(yè)也在經濟浪潮中迅速崛起。
包裝產業(yè)是規(guī)模效應突出的制造業(yè),在面對激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境下,包裝企業(yè)要強化業(yè)務溝通與合作,多方對話,實現優(yōu)勢互補,以行業(yè)平臺為契機,進而實現產業(yè)鏈延伸、產品線擴張、地域擴張、現有客戶滲透率提升等。
隨著市場競爭的日益加劇有關行業(yè)內部人士分析,今后包裝業(yè)市場將呈現出人才、顧客、信譽、廣告等十大競爭趨勢,這些競爭將使市場更加活躍,也使人們的經濟文化生活更加豐富多彩。根據包裝機械行業(yè)十一五規(guī)劃預測,到2010年,國內包裝機械行業(yè)總銷售額可達1300億元,市場需求可達2000億元。到2010年,我國將進口超過700億元的食品和包裝機械。預測到2010年,國內食品與包裝機械業(yè)的總產值將達到1300億元人民幣,而市場需求可能達到2000億元人民幣。中國的包裝市場規(guī)模居世界首位,預期到2012年其年銷售額將達750億歐元(8029億元人民幣)。中國包裝食品市場的總產能將達1.196億噸。
未來幾年中國包裝行業(yè)將保持至少10%的穩(wěn)定年增長,部分應用領域的年增長將超過20%。預期對紙制品包裝、柔性塑料、折盒和瓦楞紙箱的需求將居世界首位。
