DXDB-YC40J （High-speed） automatic sauce packaging
用途：本機(jī)可包裝方便面醬類調(diào)料及其他半流體物料。
特點(diǎn)：
1、充填機(jī)構(gòu)由轉(zhuǎn)向閥、柱塞泵、回吸缸、料斗、攪拌器組成，配置磁力泵、海霸泵、齒輪泵，能滿足不同的流體、半流體物料充填計(jì)量。
2、不需要更換零件，在規(guī)格范圍內(nèi)，可進(jìn)行制袋尺寸任意調(diào)整。
3、加熱器斷路自動(dòng)檢測(cè)、報(bào)警。
4、無包材自動(dòng)停機(jī)、報(bào)警。
USES: This machine can be used to pack sauce seasoning likeinstant noodle and other half-fluid material.
FEATURES:
1. Feed machine is made up by phaser , pluger pump, absorbing vat, bucket and stirrer. it is also equipped with magnetic pump, hibar pump and gear pump, able to making different types of liquid and semiliquid material feed-in.
2. No need for changing the parts and adjustment can be made according to the sack size within the tolerance of specification.
3. Automatically examine and repair and produce alarm in case that circuit of the heater is open.
4. Automatically stop poeration and produce alarm in case that no material is processed.
